Shift Details
- Part-Time Engagement (~24 hrs/week)
- Flexible scheduling based on project needs
- 100% Onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan The Enterprise Architect will lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives for the Government of Saskatchewan.
This role will function as a senior advisor, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT architecture while establishing governance frameworks, standards, and long-term roadmaps across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and governance frameworks
- Develop architecture principles, policies, and roadmaps
- Chair architecture governance boards and review committees
Solution Architecture Oversight
- Review and approve solution architectures across domains
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security frameworks
- Support integrated architecture across business, application, data, and technology layers
Business Capability & Transformation
- Support business capability planning and service design
- Align IT strategy with organizational goals
- Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business and IT leadership
- Mentor and guide architecture teams
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Compliance & Security Alignment
- Ensure architecture aligns with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Support enterprise-wide governance and regulatory adherence
Must-Have Qualifications
- TOGAF 9 (or newer) Certification – Required
- Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in a formal architecture practice
- Experience working within structured frameworks (TOGAF-based environments)
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan
- Availability for part time (~24 hrs/week) engagement
