We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this position, you’ll assist individuals and families who are looking for information about benefit and coverage programs available to them. You’ll be responsible for providing a positive customer experience, answering questions, understanding individual needs, and helping clients navigate their available options.
This is a work-from-home opportunity with training and ongoing support provided. What You’ll Be Doing Your day will involve communicating with clients through phone and virtual appointments while ensuring they receive transparent, professional assistance.
Responsibilities include: Connecting with individuals who have requested additional information Responding to client questions and providing helpful assistance Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments Listening to clients and understanding their individual needs Reviewing available benefit and coverage options Explaining program details in clear, easy-to-understand language Helping clients determine which options may be appropriate for their situation Assisting with applications and enrollment Following up with clients who require additional support Maintaining accurate client notes and records Providing continued service to existing clients Building positive and professional client relationships Participating in virtual training and team development Who We’re Looking For Previous industry experience is not required. We’re looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and are willing to learn.
