Zen Wellness is a growing wellness-focused spa in Kamloops, and we're looking for a skilled, warm, reliable Esthetician to join our team.

This is primarily an esthetician position, with some reception and client-care responsibilities as needed. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys providing treatments, connecting with clients, and creating the kind of experience that makes people want to come back.

What You'll Do

Esthetics & Client Experience

- Provide professional esthetic treatments within your training and scope of practice
- Deliver warm, attentive and professional client care
- Consult with clients and make appropriate treatment and home-care recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized and beautiful treatment space
- Follow established sanitation, hygiene and treatment protocols
- Contribute to a calm, welcoming spa environment

Reception & Spa Support

- Welcome clients and assist with check-in/check-out
- Answer phones, messages and basic client inquiries
- Assist with appointment booking and confirmations when needed
- Process payments
- Help maintain reception and common areas
- Support the day-to-day flow of the spa

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- A certified and/or licensed Esthetician with appropriate training and credentials
- Confident performing esthetic services independently
- Warm, professional and genuinely client-focused
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a small team
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable recommending appropriate services and retail products without being pushy




- Comfortable helping with reception and administrative tasks when needed
- Interested in wellness, skin care and creating exceptional client experiences

Additional training in massage, head spa, or other wellness services is an asset.

Compensation: Starting at $21/hour Hours: Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential for additional hours as the business grows. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
