- Execute the WOW plan for customer engagement
- Accurately assess vehicle damage for estimates
- Ensure timely communication and processing of customer requests
- Attend training and workshops for skill enhancement
- Maintain customer details accurately in ASE
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in estimating
- Valid driver’s license necessary
- Proficient in Google platform and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
