Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to lead construction project estimations and oversee project execution from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting prospect to apply your construction estimating expertise, project management skills, and negotiation abilities to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about driving projects forward while maintaining cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Duties

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, ensuring all project costs are thoroughly analyzed and documented.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to negotiate pricing, scope, and terms that align with project goals and budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early,



and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain detailed records of project documentation, change orders, cost tracking, and correspondence for transparency and future reference.

Qualifications Must have 5+ years of experience in residential construction estimating.

- Proven experience in construction estimating.
- Strong background in construction project management with demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contractual terms.
- Deep understanding of construction estimating processes, pricing strategies, and industry standards.
- Solid construction experience across various trades or sectors is essential for accurate assessment of scope and costs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
