Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Examination Content Development Assistant to join their team on a 5-month contract with potential for extension . This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting projects, committees, and stakeholders. 5-month contract with potential for extension ~ Full-time, 40 hours/week (1 hour lunch unpaid)35 hours ~ Flexible hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ~ Must be available to work onsite during examination dates, including October 13-17, 2026, with a 6:00 AM start on Saturday,



October 17 Coordinate oral examination training videos and recruit volunteer physicians Maintain and update examination resources on SharePoint and the website Process expenses, reimbursements, and travel requests with the Finance team Provide support during examination days and Examiner Training Day College diploma in Arts, Science, Education, or a related field ~2+ years of administrative and project coordination experience ~ 2+ years of experience using SharePoint or similar shared platforms ~ Solid Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom skills ~ Accommodation is available upon request throughout all stages of the recruitment process. #
