Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Examination Content Development Assistant to join their team on a 5-month contract with potential for extension . This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting projects, committees, and stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $23 – $25/hour
- 5-month contract with potential for extension
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (1 hour lunch unpaid)35 hours
- Hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON
- Flexible hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Free onsite parking
- Must be available to work onsite during examination dates, including October 13-17, 2026, with a 6:00 AM start on Saturday, October 17
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate oral examination training videos and recruit volunteer physicians
- Maintain and update examination resources on SharePoint and the website
- Organize committee and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate and distribute committee assignments
- Process expenses, reimbursements, and travel requests with the Finance team
- Provide support during examination days and Examiner Training Day
- Keep documents and information organized and up to date
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Qualifications
- College diploma in Arts, Science, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative and project coordination experience
- Experience supporting committees, stakeholders, or external groups
- 2+ years of experience using SharePoint or similar shared platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Reliable, mature, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work occasional weekends
