Pinetree Catering is Thunder Bay's Leading Fine Food Catering Service Provider

Pinetree Catering is currently seeking applicants for our Executive Chef position. We are seeking a strong leader who will work collaboratively with the ownership and lead our team through daily production and at catered events.

The successful applicant should possess:

· Culinary red seal or equivalent certification

· Have 5 years or more of leadership / management experience

· Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with others

· Ability to undertake multidisciplinary culinary rolls. (IE, Food prep, Food Truck Operation, Live cooking at catered events, etc.)

· Ability to provide mentorship to junior staff

· Possess a class G drivers license





· Provide creative menu input and aid in menu planning.

Compensation negotiated based on experiance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Chef: 5 years (preferred)
- Sous Chef: 2 years (preferred)
- Culinary: 5 years (preferred)
