Job Summary

We are seeking experienced millwork installers who thrive in dynamic construction environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom woodwork, cabinetry, and other millwork components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans.
- Install a variety of millwork products including cabinetry, molding, paneling, and custom wood features using hand tools and power tools.
- Measure and cut materials precisely to specifications, ensuring seamless fit and finish.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
- Perform concrete forming, drywall installation, flooring setup, tile laying, siding application, roofing work, and rebar installation as needed for comprehensive project support.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork or finishes.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting tasks.

Skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Extensive experience with carpentry, woodworking, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines.
- Skilled in various construction trades including masonry, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, caulking, and heavy lifting.
- Ability to perform drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, concrete forming, rebar installation, and siding application efficiently.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery operation for precise manufacturing tasks is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, scaffolding use, rebar placement, and general site safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics accurately and adapt quickly in office.
- Handyman experience or background in manufacturing adds valuable versatility to your skill set.
