Role Description The Car Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located at our dealership in Woodbridge, ON. This position is responsible for greeting and engaging customers, identifying their vehicle needs, and providing informative product presentations and test drives.

The Car Sales

Specialist will prepare and present pricing options, guide customers through the purchase or lease process, and coordinate with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless experience. Daily activities include following up with leads, maintaining contact with existing customers, and updating CRM tools to support ongoing customer relationships. The role also involves staying current with Volkswagen models, features,



and promotions, maintaining a professional showroom presence, and contributing to sales targets while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates must possess strong skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and match them to appropriate vehicles.
- Must possess skills in customer service and customer catisfaction, demonstrating professionalism, clear communication, and a consultative approach.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer retention, including effective follow-up, relationship building, and maintaining long-term customer loyalty.
- Experience in retail or automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort using CRM systems and basic office software, are preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to conduct test drives is required.
- Availability to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, and eligibility to work in Canada are required.
