Experienced Hairstylist – Luxury Salon The Blonde Project Salon | Calgary, AB The Blonde Project Salon is looking for an experienced, established hairstylist to join our growing team.

We are a busy, luxury full-service salon in Calgary with a solid reputation, an established clientele, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. While blonding is a huge part of our brand, we are a full-service colour salon specializing in blondes, dimensional brunettes, lived-in colour, balayage, reds, colour corrections, extensions, cutting and styling.

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the chair, passionate about their craft, and ready to build a long-term career in a professional and supportive salon environment.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal stylist

● Has professional salon experience and is confident working independently behind the chair

● Has strong technical skills in colour and cutting

● Is comfortable performing blonding,



dimensional colour, toning and corrective colour services

● Provides thoughtful consultations and exceptional guest experiences

● Understands the importance of rebooking, client retention and retail recommendations

● Takes pride in maintaining a clean and qualified workspace

● Is reliable, motivated and committed to continuing their education

● Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive salon culture

● Is professional in both appearance and communication

● Wants to continue growing their career rather than simply renting a chair

Experience with hair extensions is an asset but not required.
