Inc. is recruiting for experienced technicians for the upcoming season. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of wind turbines, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems. The role entails working at heights and in confined spaces, emphasizing strict adherence to safety practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct maintenance on wind turbines, both scheduled and unscheduled
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ensure repairs on blades meet rigorous company standards
- Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times
- Accurately document inspections and repair activities

Requirements:

- SGRE certification preferred, GWO certifications advantageous
- Minimum 1-2 years in wind turbine maintenance role
- Proficient with hydraulic and electrical systems
- Must be comfortable with heights and travel
- Valid driver's license for extensive travel
