Play a crucial role at Extendicare as a Workday HR Systems Analyst, specializing in HCM, Recruitment, and Learning modules. This full-time position offers a hybrid work setting and demands exceptional collaboration with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HRIS, you will enhance and optimize Workday modules, respond to system issues, and improve HR processes.
You will closely work with HR, IT, and business teams to create scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. Your analytical mindset will be essential for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Workday's Core HCM, Recruitment and Learning
- Identify enhancement opportunities to simplify HR processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders on employee transaction workflows
- Conduct thorough impact assessments of system changes
- Manage testing and validation for Workday updates
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Information Systems or Human Resources
- At least 5 years’ experience in HRIS and Workday
- Advanced Excel proficiency with large data sets
- Experience in troubleshooting HRIS challenges
- Strong organizational and communication skills
