About the Role

As our F&I; Manager, you'll handle the finance side of every deal: securing financing, presenting protection products, and getting paperwork signed and funded — all in a straightforward, no-pressure way that fits our dealership's reputation.

What You'll Do

- Submit deals to lenders (including Ford Credit) and secure financing or lease approvals
- Present finance terms and protection products (service contracts, GAP, etc.) clearly and honestly to customers
- Prepare and review contracts and paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Follow up on funding and resolve any lender issues

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in Finance or Sales
- Knowledge of financing, leasing, and compliance basics
- Experience with menu-selling software (Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, or similar) would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Bilingual (French/English)
