Job Overview

Revolution Spooling Solutions is hiring a Field Hand to support our ESP & Control Line Field Specialists during spooling operations. This is an entry-level, hands on position ideal for someone looking to start a career in the oilfield. No prior spooling experience is required as training will be provided.

This role is focused on assisting, learning, and working safely under the direction of an experienced Field Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Field support & Assistance

- Assist the Field Specialist with spooling and field operations
- Help with Rig-in / Rig-out of spooling equipment
- Support loading, unloading, and handling of cable, control line, and tools.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on site
- Follow directions and support operations as assigned

Safety & Compliance

- Follow all company and site safety procedures
- Attend and participate in all safety meetings and complete all corresponding paperwork
- Wear required PPE and safety monitoring
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

General Duties

- Assist with inspections of tools and equipment
- Help with job mobilization and demobilization
- Complete and submit all required documentation
- Learn industry best practices through hands on training

Training and Development

- On the job training provided
- opportunity to grow into higher level field roles
- Exposure to ESP and capillary line operations

Required Qualifications

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Robust work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical work and long shifts
- Strong attention to safety

Preferred (but NOT required)

- Oilfield or Rig experience




- H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR (can be obtained after hire)
- CSO / WHIMIS / TDG

Required Qualifications

- Class 5 driver license
- Strong communication skills (must be able to speak clearly at safety meetings)

Employment Conditions

- Must pass 13 panel drug and alcohol testing
- Must pass 50 LB fitness/functional abilities test
- Camp or hotel based while on shift; employee resides where they choose during days off
- 12 hour+ shifts and rotational work schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
