A successful candidate will hold a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification and be able to work independently. Robust organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for effective customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and troubleshoot various Caterpillar equipment
- Conduct diagnostics on compact construction tools
- Complete required technical documentation
- Engage with customers during service tasks
- Work closely with leadership on tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Finished Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
- Successful class 5 driver’s license with abstract
- Experience in aerial work platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with Caterpillar products is advantageous
- Capability to be fit tested and wear a respirator
