Job Overview The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for representing the company in the field and supporting marketing and customer acquisition initiatives within an assigned territory. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging directly with current and potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales objectives through face-to-face marketing activities, promotional events, community outreach, and customer relationship development.

Duties

- Conduct field marketing activities distributing flyers and visiting cards
- Support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials and increasing brand awareness within assigned territories.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, activities,



and campaign results.
- Meet assigned marketing, lead-generation, customer engagement, and sales-support targets.
- Represent the company professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Travel within assigned territories to attend events, visit customers, and conduct marketing activities.

Skills

- Solid background in marketing or sales with a passion for public engagement
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening abilities
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to connect with diverse communities, Preference: Punjabi
- Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating patience and professionalism

Area: GTA

Part Time

Own Vehicle (mandatory)

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
