What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Willingness to Travel 100%
- Valid Driver’s license / passport
- Experience with Mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment
- Customer Service – Providing hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance.
- Technical Abilities – Analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
- Dependability – Conducting on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to Detail – Maintaining detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.
- Collaboration – Building and maintaining robust customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.
