Responsibilities
- File repair orders and service documentation accurately.
- Organize invoices and financial records chronologically and alphabetically.
- Maintain a clean, streamlined, and efficient filing system.
- Retrieve documents quickly upon internal request.
- Additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independantly.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous experience in an administrative or dealership setting is an asset but not required.
