We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic financial team. Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP to record transactions accurately
- Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions with attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure ledger accuracy through account analysis and account reconciliation procedures
- Assist with payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time




- Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining organized records of financial documents and transactions
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities and provide support for financial reporting and analysis

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Experience with payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy in recording financial information
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis efficiently
- Knowledge of budgeting techniques and financial reporting standards
- Strong math skills combined with analytical thinking for effective account analysis and problem-solving
