Canadian Tire's FAA New Graduate Rotational Program provides an opportunity to broaden your financial acumen while developing a comprehensive understanding of Canadian Tire. Over two years, current grads complete two 12-month rotations within the diverse finance department.

- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Accounting, Advisory, Reporting & Controls
- Treasury
- Internal Audit
- Experimentation & Decision Support
- Financial Policy & External Reporting

What You'll Do:

- Conduct data analytics to support financial decision-making
- Develop and maintain performance reporting tools and dashboards
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Assist with risk assessment activities across various finance functions
- Extract and manipulate large data sets from relational databases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business
- Explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve financial workflows

Requirements:





- Expected graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Economics, or Management Analytics
- Passion for accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience extracting and manipulating data from relational databases
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and change
- Collaborative communication skills
- Interest in AI and emerging tools

Onsite Requirement: Four days on-site per week, one day from home. Salary range: $53,000 – $88,000 annually (typical hiring range: $53,000 – $70,000).
