About Stigma Grow

At Stigma Grow, we don't believe in standing still. We are an Alberta-based licensed cannabis producer and manufacturer built around innovation, creativity, and the drive to do things differently. From extraction and manufacturing to product development and commercialization, our team has brought unique brands and products to life across the Canadian cannabis market.

We operate in a fast-moving industry where ideas can quickly become products on shelves, and we are always looking for better ways to grow, improve, and compete.

We're looking for a Controller who wants to be part of that journey. This isn't a role where you'll simply produce financial statements and report the numbers—you'll help us understand the story behind them. You'll bring financial leadership, structure, insight, and accountability to the business while working closely with our leadership and operational teams. From improving margins and understanding product costs to strengthening cash flow, controls, forecasting, and financial processes, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we operate.

We're building the next chapter of Stigma Grow, and we're looking for a Controller who wants to help us build it.
