North America Customer Fulfillment seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) team to drive business planning and reporting for the Canadian Fulfillment network. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving workplace. Regular collaboration with executives and various business units across Amazon will allow you the opportunity to exhibit your verbal and written communication skills.
This role will partner closely with a broad range of Finance and Business leaders and will work on designing, developing, and maintaining Weekly Business Reviews, Weekly Flash Reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and reporting productivity drivers/efficiency of labor at a network and regional level. It also focuses on identifying areas of improvement in the reporting and analysis of business performance and working with relevant stakeholders to deploy solutions.

Utilize solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, and drive improvements
Manage development of weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasting,
and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communication to Financial and Operations partners
Coordinating with CACF business leaders and WW FP&A; to prepare a business narrative to tie with the financial bridge
Create standardized models to calculate impact of business drivers on efficiency of labor
Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution, insisting on the highest standards.
Have ability to independently influence and drive outputs, meet deadlines, and set clear expectations and roadmaps.
An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
Take part in hiring, developing, and mentoring activities while you seek value, and leverage diverse perspectives

Basic
Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
