Team as a Financial Planner Partnering with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and fostering long-term connections through ongoing support and guidance Leveraging data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices Monitoring productivity and service delivery, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and championing continuous improvement initiatives Staying informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planning Upholding a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning (IPF) required prior to start date ~3-5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred) ~ Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed ~ Bilingualism (English and French) required to serve our clients in the community with English-speaking needs A genuine passion for financial planning and a drive to help clients realize their financial and life goals An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development, networking, and high-value sales A comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape, economic trends,
