We’re looking for a Financial Planner / Associate Advisor to join our growing team.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people — building relationships, helping clients solve problems, answering their questions and delivering an exceptional level of service and experience.
This is a little different from the traditional advisor role. You’ll work with an established base of clients and focus your time on serving and managing those relationships, providing comprehensive financial planning advice and helping clients implement important financial decisions without the expectation of prospecting and building a book of business from scratch.
The role combines the technical side of financial planning — retirement projections, investments, insurance, tax and estate planning — with the people side of the business:
getting to know our clients and their families, understanding what matters to them, simplifying complex decisions and becoming someone they know and trust.
We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of relevant financial services experience who is both investment and life insurance licensed. A CFP® or CPA® designation (or progress toward either) would be considered an asset.
