Chartright Air Group is recruiting a full-time First Officer for its Challenger 350 operation based at YQM in Moncton. You’ll blend flight-deck excellence with operational support, customer service, and recurrent training, contributing to a collaborative, safety-driven culture. Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 350, working with the Captain to ensure every flight is conducted safely and compliantly.

Deliver attentive, professional customer service to enhance the client experience on every trip. Contribute ideas and solutions to strengthen teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Complete monthly training courses and perform other duties as required. valid Transport Canada Medical; Canadian Radio Telephone Licence. strong knowledge of aviation weather,



airport performance, flight-planning and calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), and SMS safety practices.
