FIS Systematics Developer

Location: North America, South America, Europe, India (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced FIS Systematics Developers to support strategic banking transformation and enhancement programs. This role will work closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams supporting mission-critical banking platforms.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the FIS Systematics platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Customize and enhance FIS Systematics functionality.
- Develop interfaces between Systematics and external applications.
- Support system upgrades, conversions, and modernization initiatives.
- Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment,



and release activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of FIS Systematics development experience.
- Robust understanding of Systematics architecture and components.
- Experience with mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
- Experience integrating Systematics with banking applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail and Commercial Banking experience.
- Core Banking platform expertise.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking transformations.
- Exposure to API integration, cloud, and modernization initiatives.
- Experience working with Tier 1 financial institutions.
