Happy Kingdom Indoor Playground is looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible Floor Staff to join our team. In this role, you will help create a fun, safe, and clean environment for children and families. Floor Staff are responsible for monitoring play areas, ensuring children's safety, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and keeping the playground organized at all times.

Duties

- Monitor play structures and playground areas to ensure children are playing safely and following facility rules.
- Supervise playground activities and respond promptly to safety concerns or incidents.
- Assist children and parents as needed throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including sanitizing play equipment, tables, and common areas.
- Pick up and organize toys, equipment, and play materials throughout the day.
- Help set up and clean party rooms before and after events.
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with admissions, waivers, and general guest inquiries.




- Follow all safety, cleaning, and customer service procedures.

Requirements
- Must enjoy working with children and families.
- Strong awareness of safety and ability to supervise children in a busy playground environment.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Previous experience in childcare, customer service, recreation, hospitality, or indoor playgrounds is an asset.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and a solid team player.
