- Provide leadership to nursing staff across the region

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) is advantageous
- Valid nursing registration with a strong clinical background
- Experience leading nursing operations and quality initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work with Indigenous communities
