Florist and Shop ManagerEssential Requirements

✔ Minimum 1 year of professional, hands-on experience working with fresh flowers

✔ Available Fridays and Saturdays, especially during wedding season from May to October

✔ Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Professional floristry experience is essential. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

Floral Design Experience

✔ Confident creating clean, balanced hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements

✔ Strong knowledge of fresh flower care, handling and presentation

✔ Natural eye for colour, texture and composition

✔ Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of design

Retail Customer Service

✔ Professional retail customer service experience

✔ Friendly, welcoming and confident when assisting customers

✔ Able to listen carefully and offer thoughtful floral recommendations

✔ Reliable, punctual and responsible

✔ Trustworthy when handling customer orders, payments and private information

✔ Comfortable managing the store independently when required

Social Media and Content

✔ Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

✔ Able to capture easy, on-brand photos and videos

✔ Familiar with Canva and editing apps such as CapCut





✔ Strong eye for visual consistency and styling

Your Role

- Create hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements
- Assist customers with floral orders and recommendations
- Process in-store, phone and online orders
- Manage inventory, fresh flower care and daily preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized and elevated retail environment
- Open and close the store when required
- Support social media content featuring our floral work
- Occasionally assist with deliveries and wedding setup
