This is a commission-only role to start, with 40% uncapped commission and a clear, fast path into paid base roles for the people who perform.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle — from first touch to close
- Work warm leads we route to you, plus the prospecting our systems generate
- Run discovery, demo primaTime, handle objections, and close
- Build a book of business you're paid 40% on, uncapped
