B. About Eklan

Eklan is building the communication-performance infrastructure for the multilingual global workforce.

Our AI-powered platform helps multilingual professionals practise high-stakes workplace conversations, receive personalized feedback and communicate with clarity and confidence when it matters most.

We are beginning with internationally educated nurses working—or preparing to work—in English-speaking healthcare environments. Our long-term ambition is to serve multilingual professionals across every communication-critical industry.

C. About the role

We are looking for a healthcare educator to improve our curriculum, develop our tutors and own the learner success journey.

Eklan already has an established curriculum and teaching standards. You will strengthen this foundation using educational expertise, learner feedback and performance evidence to help us achieve world-class learning outcomes.

You will also take responsibility for ensuring that every learner feels known, heard and supported throughout their experience with Eklan. This includes effective onboarding, regular progress reviews, proactive support and follow-through when concerns arise.

Working directly with the founder, tutors and product team, you will connect teaching quality with customer success: learners should receive relevant instruction, understand their next steps and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

We welcome applicants from medicine, nursing, allied health and healthcare education.

The role will begin part-time and may expand to full-time depending on business needs, performance and mutual agreement.

- Assess tutor readiness through observed practice and coaching.
- Observe sessions and provide actionable feedback to improve delivery.

- Help tutors personalize their teaching while maintaining shared learning objectives and quality standards.

Own the customer success journey

- Oversee the learner experience from onboarding and goal-setting through progress reviews, completion and next-step planning.
- Ensure each learner understands their learning plan, knows how to access assigned practice and can confidently navigate sessions and support.
- Establish regular check-ins that help learners feel supported and give them opportunities to raise questions.
- Monitor engagement and progress, identifying learners who are missing sessions, struggling with practice or becoming disengaged.
- Coordinate personalized support with tutors and relevant team members, taking learners’ work schedules and circumstances into account.
- Own the follow-through on learner concerns, coordinating educational, scheduling or technical issues with the appropriate person and confirming resolution.
- Maintain clear records of learner goals, concerns and agreed actions so support remains consistent across tutors.
- Gather feedback and use it to improve the curriculum, teaching and overall experience.

Maintain educational and content quality

- Review learning materials and AI-generated feedback for clinical accuracy, clarity and educational value.
- Coordinate specialist review when content falls outside your expertise.
