Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking four French-speaking Training Content Designers to support a Project Management Office transformation.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop training materials supporting a PMO transformation.

- Create instructor-led training, workshops, job aids, and reference materials.

- Assess existing learning assets and identify content gaps.

- Adapt existing content to meet project requirements.

- Collaborate with change management and project teams.

- Contribute to the overall training strategy and curriculum.

Qualifications

- Experience designing training content for enterprise transformation initiatives.

- Strong instructional design and content-development skills.

- Experience developing instructor-led training, workshops, and performance-support materials.

- Ability to work onsite in Montreal two days per week.

- Qualified fluency in French.
