Are you looking for part time and/or full time work? The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta is hiring! We are looking for Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors. We provide training.

What You Will Do:

- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- Answer questions regarding hotel services.
- Provide information about services available in the community.
- Respond to guests' concerns and help resolve any issues.
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
- Present statements of charges to departing guests.
- Receive payments.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Has solid computer skills
- Has strong attention to detail
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Has previous hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
- Willing to work in shifts
- Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
