Front Desk Specialist / Spa Sales Coordinator

Lakeshore Spa – Chestermere, AB

Lakeshore Spa is looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-oriented Front Desk Specialist to become the face of our spa.

This is not just a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, can build relationships with clients, and is comfortable helping turn enquiries into bookings, packages, memberships, and repeat visits.

If you have experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, spa/clinic environments, or sales, and enjoy working toward goals, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and client enquiries
- Help clients choose appropriate services and answer general questions
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments
- Follow up with leads, missed calls, and client enquiries
- Assist with promoting spa packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail products
- Encourage rebooking and help keep practitioner schedules filled
- Process payments and manage client check-ins and check-outs
- Assist clients with booking future appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk workplace
- Work closely with estheticians, massage therapists, and spa management
- Learn about our services, promotions, and current offers

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Comfortable speaking with clients and making recommendations




- A natural ability to start conversations and build rapport
- Some sales experience or confidence working toward sales and booking goals
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable learning booking and POS software
- Previous spa, salon, medical clinic, or wellness industry experience is an asset, but not required

The Ideal Candidate You don't need to be an aggressive salesperson—but you should be comfortable asking questions such as:

"Would you like me to book your next appointment while you're here?"

or

"Based on what you're looking for, I can tell you about one of our packages or current promotions."

We are looking for someone who understands that great customer service and sales can work together. Your goal is to help clients find the right services while also helping the business grow.

Schedule

Part-time position with the potential for additional hours.

Availability on evenings and weekends is preferred. Sunday availability may be required.

Lakeshore Spa is a growing full-service spa in Chestermere offering massage therapy, facials, pedicures, waxing, laser treatments, tanning, and other wellness and beauty services.

We are focused on creating an exceptional client experience while building a strong, motivated team that takes pride in customer service, professionalism, and helping our clients return again and again.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
