Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, guiding them to their tables and providing menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper cash register procedures.
- Assist in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness in all areas.
- Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service.




- Support guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and order processing.
- Experience in serving, food industry roles, or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required.
- A team-oriented mindset with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
- The French language is a must
