Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays, organize stock on shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills




- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while ensuring excellent customer service standards are met

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Robust communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and inventory management is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic technical tasks such as product demos or using store technology tools
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and stock levels
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and effective interpersonal skills
