Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their visit
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and upselling specials or add-ons to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times for guests
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
