Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Assist in food preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest service




- Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, food preparation, and hospitality best practices
- Solid work ethic with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
- Prior experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
