Heavy Duty Cleaner (Full-Time Permanent)

Schedule:

- Saturday: 8AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8AM to 3:30PM
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Address: 2901 Bayview Ave, North York, ON
- Availability: ASAP

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team in a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

- Patrolling common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, vacuuming, and general cleaning of floors and surfaces.
- Responding promptly to spills, housekeeping calls, and any requests from Property Management related to housekeeping services.
- Garbage collection, removal, and disposal throughout the property.
- Cleaning and maintaining entrances, glass, windows, mirrors, doors, walls, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
- Cleaning, inspecting, and restocking washrooms as required.
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.




- Operating cleaning equipment and machinery as required from time to time.
- Assisting with special cleaning projects and maintaining the overall presentation of the property.
- Reporting any maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns to management.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including walking, standing, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and is committed to maintaining a clean, secure, and professional environment at all times. Immediate availability is preferred. Pay: $20.90 per hour
