We’re looking for someone to join our team who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning something new every day.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, inventory management, logistics, computer work, and hands-on warehouse tasks. No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable switching between different responsibilities throughout the day.

You’ll learn our inventory and order management systems, help keep products moving accurately through our warehouse, assist customers and dealers, and work with the rest of our team to solve the everyday problems that come with running a busy distribution business.

An interest in Kershaw knives, GATORZ eyewear, or similar products is a definite bonus, but we’re happy to teach someone who is eager to learn.

What you'll be doing

- Learn and use our inventory, order processing, and business software.
- Help manage inventory and ensure products are received, stocked, picked, and processed accurately.
- Assist customers and dealers in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Process orders and help answer product, inventory, and order-related questions.
- Help coordinate shipping, receiving, and other day-to-day logistics.
- Troubleshoot inventory, order, and shipping discrepancies and help find practical solutions.
- Pick, pack, receive, restock, and organize products in the warehouse as needed.
- Work closely with the rest of our team to keep orders and daily operations running smoothly.
- Learn about our products so you can confidently assist customers and dealers.
- Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient workspace.
- Take on new tasks and responsibilities as you become familiar with our systems and business.





What we're looking for

- Comfortable using computers and able to learn new software and systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented, particularly when working with inventory and orders.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Comfortable working in a role that includes both office/computer work and hands-on warehouse tasks.
- Physically able to move around the warehouse, stand, bend, reach, and safely lift and move products and shipments as required.
- Previous experience with inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, customer service, or similar work is an asset, but not required.
- Knowledge of or interest in Kershaw and GATORZ products is an asset.

About the role This is a full-time position and a good fit for someone who likes variety and wants to understand how all the pieces of a business fit together.
