Join our growing cleaning team in Victoria. This is a full-time position with a real promotion path: team members who show reliability and leadership can advance into a Team Manager role.

What you'll do

- Clean residential and commercial spaces from top to bottom: kitchens (counters, appliances, degreasing), bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces following our cleaning checklists
- Drive a company vehicle between job sites
- Communicate with clients about their preferences and flag any issues you notice

What we're looking for

- Legal authorization to work in Canada (required)
- Previous professional cleaning experience (required)
- Valid driver's licence with a clean record (required)
- Conversational English, enough to communicate with clients on your own (required)
- Attention to detail,

Pay & perks

- $20.00 to $23.00/hr to start, based on experience, with raises tied to performance
