Realstar, one of Canada's largest multi-residential asset managers, is seeking a Cleaner to maintain our apartment buildings. This full-time position requires flexibility, including weekend work every other week.

Your responsibilities will include cleaning common areas, vacant suites, and performing exterior maintenance tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

- Clean lobbies, stairwells, and amenity areas thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of vacant suites including kitchens and washrooms
- Perform outdoor cleaning and upkeep of property areas
- Report safety hazards to the Resident Manager promptly
- Collaborate effectively and take direction from team leads

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of related cleaning experience
- Customer service and communication skills required
- Able to lift heavy objects safely
- Strong team collaboration abilities
- Pleasant demeanor in all interactions
