We are looking for a full-time office receptionist to join our boutique Endodontic specialty dental practice. We are looking for the right candidate to fit in with our fun-loving and caring team. The perfect candidate should posses the following:

- Works well in a team workplace as well as on their own
- Ability to multi-task
- Shows caring and empathy towards others
- Previous dental office experience is preferred but not essential to apply (Experience with Cleardent is an asset)

The job will include:
- Managing day to day operations
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling patients, taking payments and submitting insurance claims
- Communicating with our referring offices
- Market outreach to our referral base
- Organizing staff events

This job is for 4-5 days per week (can negotiate), Monday to Friday (no evenings and weekends). Wages and benefits will depend on experience and will be competitive. The Start date will be in early/mid March. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
