Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality specifications
- Ensure all food is handled safely, stored properly, and maintained at appropriate temperatures in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including counters, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining attention to detail
- Follow serving protocols to ensure timely delivery of hot, fresh dishes to guests
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards related to food handling and sanitation practices





Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work alone and efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler certification preferred
