Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Support opening procedures such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to work full-time hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
