You will play a critical role in enhancing rehabilitation outcomes while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver innovative services to clients requiring support following workplace injuries, focusing on their unique needs and experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively with service partners and specialists
- Create and implement individualized treatment strategies
- Deliver assessments and education in one-on-one or group settings




- Conduct functional capacity evaluations as needed
- Participate in specialized program teams as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration in good standing with Alberta’s College of Occupational Therapists
- Experience in rehabilitation, mental health, or private practice preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Alberta Driver’s license for off-site service delivery
