We’re seeking a Labourer to join our team in the Fraser Valley supporting civil construction projects across the region.

As a Labourer, you’ll work alongside a skilled crew in the field to deliver high-quality work. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building their skills, working outdoors, and being part of projects that shape communities.



Perform general labour tasks (site cleanup, material handling, basic tool use).

Help with mobilization/demobilization and basic care of tools and small equipment. Assist with measurements, layout, and quality checks as directed. Set up and maintain safe work areas, signage, and basic traffic control as directed.

Participate in daily/weekly site meetings. 1-3 years Civil Construction experience. ~ Comfortable working around heavy equipment. ~ Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project demands. ~ First Aid Training an asset. ~ Grading and Pipelaying experience is considered an asset. Union hourly rate: $28.31–$33.30 per hour. Training and career development opportunities. All employees are expected to work in compliance with company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in toolbox talks and safety training, where applicable.
