GENERAL LABOURER / DRIVER$20.00 – $24.00 PER HOUR

Insight Restoration Inc. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated General Labourer / Driver to join our restoration operations team.

This position is ideal for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physical labour, operating company vehicles, and assisting technicians with water damage, emergency response, demolition, cleaning, and restoration projects.

POSITION: General Labourer / Driver

Employment Type: Part-Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Location: Toronto & GTA

Industry: Property Restoration / Emergency Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive company vehicles to and from restoration job sites throughout Toronto and the GTA.
- Assist restoration technicians with water damage, flood, fire, mould, and emergency restoration projects.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize restoration equipment and materials.
- Set up and remove drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and related equipment.
- Assist with demolition, removal of damaged materials, contents handling, cleaning, and site preparation.
- Maintain job sites in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Assist with moving furniture, contents, equipment, and building materials.
- Follow direction from Supervisors, Project Managers, and Restoration Technicians.
- Complete job-site tasks efficiently while maintaining company standards.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and kept clean.
- Complete required documentation, photographs, equipment logs, and job-site records as directed.
- Respond to emergency calls and restoration assignments when required.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean or acceptable driving record.
- Previous experience in construction,



restoration, moving, cleaning, landscaping, warehouse, or general labour is an asset.
- Ability to safely lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
- Ability to work around water-damaged areas, construction debris, dust, and other restoration-related conditions.
- Robust work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Professional attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency calls when required.
- Reliable transportation to the company or designated job location is an asset.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who is dependable, physically capable, punctual, and willing to work. The successful candidate understands that restoration work can be unpredictable and requires employees who are prepared to respond quickly and work efficiently.

Previous restoration experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
