Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment to designated locations
- Perform general tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols at all times and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
- Support other team members with miscellaneous duties as needed to keep projects on schedule





Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
